Service Description

CitationZen provides AI visibility audits for websites. Our platform crawls your site, analyzes its content and structure, queries major AI engines to assess your brand's visibility, and delivers detailed scores and actionable recommendations. By using CitationZen, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pricing and Payments

CitationZen offers three tiers. The Free Score is available at no cost and provides an overall AI visibility score with basic breakdowns. The Full Report is a one-time purchase of $149 and includes a comprehensive audit with engine-by-engine analysis, competitor comparison, and a downloadable PDF. The Monitoring plan is $299 per month and includes weekly visibility checks, analytics, and ongoing recommendations. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Refunds

For the Full Report, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. For the Monitoring plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CitationZen for automated scraping or bulk querying beyond normal usage patterns. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish audit reports generated by CitationZen without our written permission. You may not submit abusive, malicious, or fraudulent queries designed to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that engage in abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property

The audit reports generated for your website belong to you. You may use them internally, share them with your team, and act on the recommendations as you see fit. However, the CitationZen platform, including its scoring methodology, user interface, brand assets, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or reproduced.

Limitation of Liability

CitationZen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI engine responses, scores, or recommendations will produce specific results. CitationZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, pricing, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of CitationZen after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
